But after we received the estimate for the payments and didn't see a change in what we were quoted, we were blown away that this was actually going to happen. The work was done well around our schedule and we never felt that we were being pushed into signing. Awesome team!!

If I could give them 1 star I would If I could give them 1 star I would. I have POA over my father due to early stages of dementia and I have used this POA in the past for buying and selling property for him. The underwriters don’t give two blanks about you and my lawyer stated they are liable if there are any damages due to not letting you use this POA. The POA is perfectly fine and gives me more power over one person than anyone should legally have really. Well because we had to get a last minute special POA for this transaction it almost killed my father cause he just doesn’t understand which made his anxiety and blood pressure go up. He is still early stages but he is elderly and that’s why we got the POA so I could do the transaction for him. This company could of read the first page of the POA which clearly states I can buy or sell real estate for my father. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will never recommend them for what they put us through.

Come here first. After two discouraging years dealing with banks, we spoke to Amber Smith at the Smyrna TN office and got more information on exactly how to improve our situation than the bank seemed willing to share. We only spent three months of hard work following her advice and were pre-approved to finally start looking for a home. Less than two and a half months after that, we closed on our house. Amber helped us through the confusing parts of financing and made sure we were on the right track. If anything went wrong, she communicated immediately and we got it fixed fast.
