After two discouraging years dealing with banks, we spoke to Amber Smith at the Smyrna TN office and got more information on exactly how to improve our situation than the bank seemed willing to share. We only spent three months of hard work following her advice and were pre-approved to finally start looking for a home. Less than two and a half months after that, we closed on our house. Amber helped us through the confusing parts of financing and made sure we were on the right track. If anything went wrong, she communicated immediately and we got it fixed fast.
