Retirement Advisors Quest provides you with a detailed financial analysis showing how your money will work for you into the future. They spend time with you to explain the financial markets and answer all questions. They have a team approach and all their staff are friendly and helpful. They are honest, and as a fiduciary will recommend the best options for your financial success. They provide short podcasts on how the markets are performing and what they are doing to minimize your risks in a downturn. I have been their client for almost 2 years and would recommend them to friends and family.

I am not satisfied with Quest… I am not satisfied with Quest Financial. Based on a previous sales presentation we had optimistic expectations, however, QF was ultimately unable to deliver a satisfactory financial plan. We were also mistakenly charged fees. We did receive a refund check from Quest but did not receive any supporting documents detailing how they arrived at the refund amount. Customer follow up is also lacking. Based on my experience I would not recommend Quest Financial.
