I am not satisfied with Quest… I am not satisfied with Quest Financial. Based on a previous sales presentation we had optimistic expectations, however, QF was ultimately unable to deliver a satisfactory financial plan. We were also mistakenly charged fees. We did receive a refund check from Quest but did not receive any supporting documents detailing how they arrived at the refund amount. Customer follow up is also lacking. Based on my experience I would not recommend Quest Financial.

This company is one of the best and customer service is spot on! When my husband and I decided to retire, I contacted Quest Financial USA. They are a company of professionals but also with a personal feel. Anytime I call with a question they answer right away. My husband and I have been retired over a year and we feel comfortable with Quest handling our funds. Great company to work with.
