An Awesome Team When I call concerning an issue with my account or a general question, anyone that answers at this firm is polite and gets you to the correct person if they can't handle your request. When I am promised a call back it is done the same day or the next business day. When the economy is not doing well I get an updated podcast in my email regarding what they are doing to keep my finances secure. The podcast updates can be 2 within 1 week depending on the market. This puts me at ease to know someone outside of my family cares about my retirement funds.

A loving and caring Financial Firm I joined Quest Financial before I retired. I was with another firm that was not as caring as Quest. From day 1 I could always call them and address what concerns I had about my account. They would pull my portfolio and address my concerns. If they are not able to answer everything in that 1 call I would get a call within 24 hours. They now beat me in addressing my concerns with updated podcast addressing current situation going on in the world to reassure you what actions they are taking to make sure you are are aware of what is happening with your funds when the worldly market is not doing great. They also give directions on how to reallocate your funds in your 401K. My sister who introduced me to Quest use to saw Eugene the founder of the company was like your dad. He made sure he took care of all his children okay clients, keeping them on the discipline track saving funds for their retirement. He also made sure you understood the reason behind the decision being made and he listened to your concerns as well. His team he hired at Quest he makes sure they have that same attitude.
