An Awesome Team When I call concerning an issue with my account or a general question, anyone that answers at this firm is polite and gets you to the correct person if they can't handle your request. When I am promised a call back it is done the same day or the next business day. When the economy is not doing well I get an updated podcast in my email regarding what they are doing to keep my finances secure. The podcast updates can be 2 within 1 week depending on the market. This puts me at ease to know someone outside of my family cares about my retirement funds.
