A loving and caring Financial Firm I joined Quest Financial before I retired. I was with another firm that was not as caring as Quest. From day 1 I could always call them and address what concerns I had about my account. They would pull my portfolio and address my concerns. If they are not able to answer everything in that 1 call I would get a call within 24 hours. They now beat me in addressing my concerns with updated podcast addressing current situation going on in the world to reassure you what actions they are taking to make sure you are are aware of what is happening with your funds when the worldly market is not doing great. They also give directions on how to reallocate your funds in your 401K. My sister who introduced me to Quest use to saw Eugene the founder of the company was like your dad. He made sure he took care of all his children okay clients, keeping them on the discipline track saving funds for their retirement. He also made sure you understood the reason behind the decision being made and he listened to your concerns as well. His team he hired at Quest he makes sure they have that same attitude. I consider them my extended family. Thank you Quest for over 20 years of service.

They’re very detailed and ensure their clients have a plan customized to meet their needs and future plans. The Quest team maintains constant communication with their clients to ensure they are informed with latest changes impacting their portfolio. They’re very transparent, professional and honest in their interactions. I highly recommend this team for any financial investing and retirement planning needs.

I am not satisfied with Quest… I am not satisfied with Quest Financial. Based on a previous sales presentation we had optimistic expectations, however, QF was ultimately unable to deliver a satisfactory financial plan. We were also mistakenly charged fees. We did receive a refund check from Quest but did not receive any supporting documents detailing how they arrived at the refund amount. Customer follow up is also lacking. Based on my experience I would not recommend Quest Financial.

Only thing that would make the experience and interactions better would be a much more detailed UPFRONT explanation of the interactions between Quest, CreativeWealth, and TD Ameritrade.
