They’re very detailed and ensure their clients have a plan customized to meet their needs and future plans. The Quest team maintains constant communication with their clients to ensure they are informed with latest changes impacting their portfolio. They’re very transparent, professional and honest in their interactions. I highly recommend this team for any financial investing and retirement planning needs.

Customized Plan I started with a free seminar given to the employees of AT&T with thoughts of retirement. It was super informative but left me with questions. I scheduled a 1:1 with an advisor and that was the best decision ever! Thankfully these amazing folks work as a team and utilize each of their expertise to build a plan that helps me work toward my goals. Not quite time to retire but I trust I am now on a realistic path! Love these folks.

I have been a client of Quest Financial… I have been a client of Quest Financial for the past eight years. Three years prior to my retirement a dear friend referred me to Quest. Bill and Gene began plotting my retirement income based on the "Three Worlds", and by following their advice. Once my employer offered a "Buy Out" I was able to retire without hesitation . Having no previous knowledge of how Annuities/Securities investments could be used as added income with tax shelters, Bill and Gene were patient in educating me on how I could retire ,and maintain my lifestyle. Always available if I had questions, and provided clear concise strategy. Thanks to Quest, I did my homework with the information they presented, learned, and I am extremely happy living a care-free lifestyle! The advisors/staff keep me informed of the ever changing market. They have a great willingness to help clients understand their investments. I love the personal service and regular updates.

I am not satisfied with Quest… I am not satisfied with Quest Financial. Based on a previous sales presentation we had optimistic expectations, however, QF was ultimately unable to deliver a satisfactory financial plan. We were also mistakenly charged fees. We did receive a refund check from Quest but did not receive any supporting documents detailing how they arrived at the refund amount. Customer follow up is also lacking. Based on my experience I would not recommend Quest Financial.
