A loving and caring Financial Firm I joined Quest Financial before I retired. I was with another firm that was not as caring as Quest. From day 1 I could always call them and address what concerns I had about my account. They would pull my portfolio and address my concerns. If they are not able to answer everything in that 1 call I would get a call within 24 hours. They now beat me in addressing my concerns with updated podcast addressing current situation going on in the world to reassure you what actions they are taking to make sure you are are aware of what is happening with your funds when the worldly market is not doing great. They also give directions on how to reallocate your funds in your 401K. My sister who introduced me to Quest use to saw Eugene the founder of the company was like your dad. He made sure he took care of all his children okay clients, keeping them on the discipline track saving funds for their retirement. Customized Plan I started with a free seminar given to the employees of AT&T with thoughts of retirement. It was super informative but left me with questions. I scheduled a 1:1 with an advisor and that was the best decision ever! Thankfully these amazing folks work as a team and utilize each of their expertise to build a plan that helps me work toward my goals.
