GBI am not satisfied with Quest… I am not satisfied with Quest Financial. Based on a previous sales presentation we had optimistic expectations, however, QF was ultimately unable to deliver a satisfactory financial plan. We were also mistakenly charged fees. We did receive a refund check from Quest but did not receive any supporting documents detailing how they arrived at the refund amount. Customer follow up is also lacking. Based on my experience I would not recommend Quest Financial.

GBCustomized Plan I started with a free seminar given to the employees of AT&T with thoughts of retirement. It was super informative but left me with questions. I scheduled a 1:1 with an advisor and that was the best decision ever! Thankfully these amazing folks work as a team and utilize each of their expertise to build a plan that helps me work toward my goals. Not quite time to retire but I trust I am now on a realistic path! Love these folks.

Only thing that would make the experience and interactions better would be a much more detailed UPFRONT explanation of the interactions between Quest, CreativeWealth, and TD Ameritrade.
