I have been a customer of ace cash… I have been a customer of ace cash express from Utah to Arizona to now California & the El Monte Ca. Ace cash express has the most helpful staff by far. They are friendly & very attentive to my needs as a customer & They greet me by my first name as soon as I walk in which makes me feel more like a friend then a customer & that’s why I keep going back.

Today I entered Ace Cash Express Store… Today I entered Ace Cash Express Store #1366 on Broadway Blvd in Garland Tx. I was greeted with the upmost profound feeling I had ever felt before in a while. A young woman named Martina Jones was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable and was able to take care of my needs from the time I arrived at the store. I really appreciate the time, patience, and care she provided to me. We need more associates like her at every location. Thank you Martina for your support and services. Disappointed!!! Soooo, I pulled up. Been coming to ace for a while more times that I could remember them at the place out in San Bernardino employee named Cici, terrible,customer service, bad attitude. Checked all my information with an attitude all at the same time I asked for her name she asked me why, I was asking. the review would have been ok and would have gave more pero the attitude and over all she made it seem that I was like cashing a fake check. Won't be coming to this place again. I would appreciate if a supervisor or manager would have a talk with her. Been waiting 20 minutes and still waiting 4.:23 4:44 4:45 pm 3/22/24 . Good job to the other girls. The seemed ok. Finally out 4:30 took half an hour to verify!!!

I recently visited the 5th st nw… I recently visited the 5th st nw location. I was helped by Nicole. She has an amazing personality extremely professional and helped me handle all check cashing worries. Such a great person I got sn ace card. Definitely will be returning. Ace needs more folks like Nicole
