CACarol and Brandy at the Eubank store in… Carol and Brandy at the Eubank store in Albuquerque are both very professional and friendly. Never had a problem with either of them. However .....your customer relations at your main office is pathetic. I sent 3 messages via the support link and have not gotten the answer I expected. Very rude..Azhmel or whatever his name is. Not one person responded with an actual answer when they responded via email. These are canned responses and nobody takes the time to address the concern that I had. My very first message clearly stated my concern but all I've gotten was the same exact canned responses with no explanation to my concern whatsoever. Ridiculous.

GBMONEY IN LIMBO... Utilized Ace services to reload credit cards on several occasions. Unfortunately my last experience was frustrating. Made a payment but my transaction turned up "nowhere". Imagine telling a bill collector that you paid but the transaction is lost,in the mail,or the dog ate the receipt. Ace Financial put me in a tight spot, not to mention a pending late fee. I was better off paying $10 to the "other" company to send money...Momma always said you get what you pay for...be careful my fellow consumers..money don't come easy with this economy.

GBFirst and foremost First and foremost, Ms Shelly makes the experience great period. Been a customer with Ace Cash Express for many years, the store in Edmond, OK...just recently started coming here at: 13427 N. Penn in OKC...(due to store closure) I'm very private and some apprehensive about relocating. Ms Shelly immediately eased my anxiety/her store if comparable is the best...Plus she's an expert in her financial field....A problem solver 100%. The quality and accuracy of good service is so appreciated. Today in this "new world" everything is speedy expedited so impersonal....This store is none of that...you get a REAL person....Ms Shelly she's the BEST!

GBDisappointed!!! Soooo, I pulled up. Been coming to ace for a while more times that I could remember them at the place out in San Bernardino employee named Cici, terrible,customer service, bad attitude. Checked all my information with an attitude all at the same time I asked for her name she asked me why, I was asking. the review would have been ok and would have gave more pero the attitude and over all she made it seem that I was like cashing a fake check. Won't be coming to this place again. I would appreciate if a supervisor or manager would have a talk with her. Been waiting 20 minutes and still waiting 4.:23 4:44 4:45 pm 3/22/24 . Good job to the other girls. The seemed ok. Finally out 4:30 took half an hour to verify!!!

GBI visited this location and was glad I did I visited this location and was pleasantly greeted by your staff. I was nervous about applying but Ms. Aleshia made me feel at ease. The process was done in a timely manner and I walked out feeling better than when I walked in. Thanks Ms. Aleshia for great customer service.
