Opploans refund process I have been a customer with opploans for many years as I have trusted their service for help. This morning I found myself behind on rent due to the fact that the agent I had spoken to about cancelling my autopay last week did not follow through. The company advised that they did cancel the payment, however the refund will take 7 to 10 business days. The options given were to wait the time for my refund or place a stop payment with my bank and accrue the fee that comes along with it. This experience completely deterred my faith with this company.

I agree I agree: They are quick to respond (both electronically and by phone) always prompt and clear on what is needed. I got my loan in some cases within hours of approval!

Unexpectedly high interest rate While I appreciated the ability to access the funds needed, the interest rate is completely ridiculous. I'm glad there is no pre-payment penalty because I will be taking care of this loan sooner than later. My need was short-term.
