Called to get it lowered and the representative was rude and wouldn't help me at all. Will try to pay this quickly and not again using them

Opploans refund process I have been a customer with opploans for many years as I have trusted their service for help. This morning I found myself behind on rent due to the fact that the agent I had spoken to about cancelling my autopay last week did not follow through. The company advised that they did cancel the payment, however the refund will take 7 to 10 business days. The options given were to wait the time for my refund or place a stop payment with my bank and accrue the fee that comes along with it. This experience completely deterred my faith with this company.

I like the fact that you can acquire… I like the fact that you can acquire funds when there is an emergency. The downside is the 160% interest rate on the loan, in which the client is paying an astronomical amount of money if they can’t pay the loan back in full.
