Opploans refund process I have been a customer with opploans for many years as I have trusted their service for help. This morning I found myself behind on rent due to the fact that the agent I had spoken to about cancelling my autopay last week did not follow through. The company advised that they did cancel the payment, however the refund will take 7 to 10 business days. The options given were to wait the time for my refund or place a stop payment with my bank and accrue the fee that comes along with it. This experience completely deterred my faith with this company.

Very hesitant to do this all online but… Very hesitant to do this all online but very pleasanly surprised. Everything that was suppose to happen did. No games or redirection to random websites. Would definitely recommend if you need money quick!

Fast process Fast process, easy to fill out information, got quick approval, money deposited same day. Whole process was maybe 5 hrs. I have fair credit, with excellent payment history and long term job. Would recommend to friends and family.

The process wasn’t too bad but not fast… The process wasn’t too bad but not fast enough. After submitting everything and having to wait; I was approved. I will reuse in the future.

Love that I got the loan approved and… Love that I got the loan approved and all but the Interest rate is ridiculously high and payment plan biweekly too high. Called to get it lowered and the representative was rude and wouldn't help me at all. Will try to pay this quickly and not again using them
