Attempted to work with me lester but… Attempted to work with me lester but very unprofessional and rude.didnt like to be questioned about process .he become very defensive when thought his authority was being questioned.we had high hopes in achieving our goals to own property in arizona but couldn't realize it with mr lester.to bad.on with our search of finding someone who will achieve our goal.

EVERY time we used Andy with Citywide Home Loans the process was absolutely painless (the only reason we ever did not use him was because we refinanced before our 6 month period was up). A smooth and easy process Quinn was pretty incredible to work with. As it was my first time buying a house, no less in the hectic market of late 2021, he was always optimistic, insightful, and practiced timely communicated. Which honestly, is all I could ask for. Great Experience We had an excellent experience with our refinance through Citywide Home Loans. Our loan officer, Alfredo Otero, was super helpful throughout the whole experience. He was readily available, over-the-top helpful, and made everything super easy for us all along. He was not pushy at all, and we found him to be a trustworthy and dependable advisor. Excellent Refinance Loan Service Our refinance loan service with Citywide Home Loan was excellent. The loan Officer, Joel Stice, was very clear in explaining the whole application and approval process. He checked in at different stages of the application to ask us if we had questions. Emails or voice mail reminders were sent to us when critical documents and signatures were needed. It made the complicated steps less stressful. We appreciated his advocacy for us in different areas so we could maintain the quoted interest rate. Customer services were supreme. We would return to the company for future loans.
