He took phone calls and nervous questions at all hours, and walked us through every line of our disclosures, statements, and closing documents. Even while we shopped around for rates, costs, and service, we quickly realized that Danny's way was the most straight-forward, honest, and efficient service out there. Where other loan companies hid fees and extra closing costs in their forms and made it look like we were getting numerous "discounts", at the end of the day, Danny's estimates were by far the most accurate and truthful to our true costs. He was the best listener, the fastest worker, and the most open and honest loan officer we've ever worked with. I can't wait to work with him again.

Reagan and the Citywide team were… Reagan and the Citywide team were amazing to work with. When I had issues with my Title they continued to work tirelessly to help me resolve it and keep me updated on the progress. When that issue lasted longer then my lock on the interest rate, Reagan worked to extend that lock to buy me some more time to finalize the loan. Thanks to him and his team I got a great interest rate and had a great experience working with them.

Attempted to work with me lester but… Attempted to work with me lester but very unprofessional and rude.didnt like to be questioned about process .he become very defensive when thought his authority was being questioned.we had high hopes in achieving our goals to own property in arizona but couldn't realize it with mr lester.to bad.on with our search of finding someone who will achieve our goal.

Great Experience We had an excellent experience with our refinance through Citywide Home Loans. Our loan officer, Alfredo Otero, was super helpful throughout the whole experience. He was readily available, over-the-top helpful, and made everything super easy for us all along. He was not pushy at all, and we found him to be a trustworthy and dependable advisor.
