I received a response from Claim Dept stating claim was determined valid but I was only returned/ paid for only 4 transactions. Numerous others was not paid. I have sent several messages and the response I keep getting is it’s being handled by claim department. As of today I have yet to get a concrete answer as to when claims will be paid. Quite frustrating! Don't quite understand if claims were deemed valid but all claims were not paid. Sometimes banking at a brick and mortar is better because of situations listed above.
