I was trying to pay my bill yesterday… I was trying to pay my bill yesterday evening and night. The automated and website would not allow me to make my on time payment. I was so disturbed. I call back today and got a very nice customer service representative who put me at ease. By expediting my payment with no cost and making sure I wouldn’t be charged a late fee. I really appreciated him for being so professional and courteous.

My representative was amazing his name… My representative was amazing his name was Leo and he was patient, understanding, professional and knowledgable. He really went above and beyond to help me resolve my situation and in the end I was satisified. He made a hard situation a little easier

Great card and Customer service I’ve had my build card for some time and have never had an issue. They even provide credit increases frequently as long as you request an update. Customer service has always been great with answering any questions or solving any issues.

Representative was very helpful (from authorized person on behalf of Mrs. Perez) The representative I spoke with today was very helpful with my problem. I had made payments on the Build website that did not show up as scheduled payments, even though I had talked to someone else about the matter the first time. Upon finding out today April's payment was over $100, I contacted the company. After explaining the situation to the representative, she made sure adjustments to the account were made quickly. She was sympathetic and understanding of the possible site problems I had experienced and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very appreciative of the way she handled my problem.
