Great card and Customer service I’ve had my build card for some time and have never had an issue. They even provide credit increases frequently as long as you request an update. Customer service has always been great with answering any questions or solving any issues.

I called to pay off any balance I had… I called to pay off any balance I had and rep, Jackie Rose, was very nice and helpful in closing the account as I requested. . I must let you know that when I call in every month to pay per phone the long drawn out process to pay a payment is grueling and I have no time for the information requested over and over again. I have many cards and none of them ask so many repetitive questions just to make a payment.

some one charged on my card without my… some one charged on my card without my knowledge or permission online for an app I don't have or use. The first CSR i spoke to said they had tried 8x to charge in January but was not approved. Not sure why but got an email stating my subscription was active and charged. Not sure why my card never notified me that something suspicious was happing to my account in Juanary. Had to call and report my card as fraud being made. Card has been canceled but not sure if the charges will be removed since I didn't authorize this charge.

Phone called on online servise/mobile app for payment The cust rep - Alia was very helpful and explain why it might be a problem at this time with my payment not going thru as you all are experiencing system issue this week. I would like to thank her for her honesty. She did advise that, I can try again later and if the problem still exist, then I can call back and they will waive the late fee. Thank you Alia for your excellent cust service. Stay bless, safe and healthy.
