Phone called on online servise/mobile app for payment The cust rep - Alia was very helpful and explain why it might be a problem at this time with my payment not going thru as you all are experiencing system issue this week. I would like to thank her for her honesty. She did advise that, I can try again later and if the problem still exist, then I can call back and they will waive the late fee. some one charged on my card without my… some one charged on my card without my knowledge or permission online for an app I don't have or use. The first CSR i spoke to said they had tried 8x to charge in January but was not approved. Not sure why but got an email stating my subscription was active and charged. Not sure why my card never notified me that something suspicious was happing to my account in Juanary. Had to call and report my card as fraud being made. Card has been canceled but not sure if the charges will be removed since I didn't authorize this charge.
