USAlana customer service relations… Alana customer service relations manager was the only one person who reverse late fees due to your rep who gave misinformation and lost my payment.no one else has called me back when they said they were. She provided excellent service with great patience.

USToo many attempts for a great representative Julie was the only person after 5 reps to help me. Your system to make phone calls in the time of need is really crappy. You need to have a system to get you to a representative sooner than normal. You have too many people that redirect you in the wrong direction. Julie was the only one that got the job done after a 45 minute phone call.

USNatasha was very nice and very helpful… Natasha was very nice and very helpful to me. But I will say the new updated system via the app is not as good as the first. I called today because I went into the app and paid my bill only to get a txt saying my bill was due today. So I went back into the app just to see tht even though it said payment was made it didn't process and I also paid again before calling customer service to make sure tht payment went through and Natasha notified me tht that payment did not show in the system so I had to make the payment through customer service. I hope this problem gets resolved

USGreat Customer Service!! I was very upset when I called because I had already made my monthly payment early and couldn’t understand why my minimum due for new statement was doubled and late charge fee was added! The customer service rep Shatae was very calm and stated she needed my information so she could look at my account. After reviewing my account she stated I made payment before next bill cycle so it wasn’t counted as a payment. She explained the matter to very clearly and calmly. I complimented her on excellent customer service and I felt better but will be careful about paying before closing date.

USRepresentative was very helpful (from authorized person on behalf of Mrs. Perez) The representative I spoke with today was very helpful with my problem. I had made payments on the Build website that did not show up as scheduled payments, even though I had talked to someone else about the matter the first time. Upon finding out today April's payment was over $100, I contacted the company. After explaining the situation to the representative, she made sure adjustments to the account were made quickly. She was sympathetic and understanding of the possible site problems I had experienced and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very appreciative of the way she handled my problem.
