They were prompt to respond to inquiries I had regarding the status of my refinance, answering all questions within a day or two of me reaching out to them (normally replying within an hour or two!). They did ask for LOTS of documentation. More than any other purchase or refinance loan I’ve done. But it just means their underwriting team is thorough! So glad they called me back after initial "no thanks" So glad they called me again about a month after an initial contact during which their rate wasn't significantly better than what I already had. This time, the offer made it worth going through the process and absorbing the reasonable closing costs. I was getting a bit nervous about getting the loan closed within the 30-day rate lock period -- thank goodness I had my paperwork in order (insurance statements, proofs of income sources, tax returns, family trust documents, etc.) and we did close a few days short of the deadline. Very responsive people all the way from the initial sales call through the loan officer and finally the closing coordinator
