Super friendly team all around and great communication as well. Definitely recommend and will only use them for future purchases!

He gave me the best deal from the beginning so I was able to eliminate, Rocket, Loan Depot, Better, Axos and several others who struggled to come close as I shopped my deal. Though I had matching deals from lenders I'd previously done business with, Damian's no nonsense approach encouraged my trust. Once I locked my rate, the cash out value on my loan estimate dropped over 2k with no explanation or warning. Since no one chased me down to explain, I moved on to a company who has been more responsive. I requested but have not received a refund for the appraisal I paid for.

He helped me filled out most of the questions via telephone call (vs. filling out the application onlline)..That was so helpful and it certainly saved me a lot of time.

Professional Company Good rate, like all loans a lot of asks but moved smoothly through the process. The salesperson was unavailable when we had questions, never returned emails or phone calls. Could be a coincidence but my wife had her identity compromised during this period. A lot of work getting it fixed.
