GBI couldn't believe how fast the lender… I couldn't believe how fast the lender I worked with gave me a loan estimate within the day I first communicated with him. He helped me filled out most of the questions via telephone call (vs. filling out the application onlline)..That was so helpful and it certainly saved me a lot of time.

GBGood online service Good online service, good price. Complaints are it took too long so it was a rush at the end to stay within the rate lock date. Also did not like having to raise my homeowners insurance to a value over what my house is worth to cover the whole loan (as even noted by my insurance company who did not want me to raise it that high).
