Smooth Refinance With LoanFlight I was very impressed with LoanFlight’s lending team! They worked hard to get my loan closed on time. They were prompt to respond to inquiries I had regarding the status of my refinance, answering all questions within a day or two of me reaching out to them (normally replying within an hour or two!). They did ask for LOTS of documentation. More than any other purchase or refinance loan I’ve done. But it just means their underwriting team is thorough! Rapid, smooth, professional I just closed a refi with LoanFlight and, as the title suggests, it was rapid and smooth. When I started the process I looked at several mortgage lending companies and LoanFlight came in below all of them. That wasn't immediately clear because there's a lot of ways to write a loan estimate but the folks from LoanFlight worked with me and it was clear they were giving me the best, most well-thought out deal. Once I locked my rate with them, it was a relatively quick process (3 to 3.5 weeks). All the interactions I had with their processors was professional, courteous, and helpful. I did pretty much everything online through their portal. Closing was easy and now I'm going to buy a new truck.

I had never heard of Loanflight.com… I had never heard of Loanflight.com before working with them. The process was seamless and their online platform is straightforward. They had great rates, communicated well, and they kept me informed immediately if more information was needed. I liked how they showed you the progress you made with each step toward closing. I would definitely use them in the future..

Good online service Good online service, good price. Complaints are it took too long so it was a rush at the end to stay within the rate lock date. Also did not like having to raise my homeowners insurance to a value over what my house is worth to cover the whole loan (as even noted by my insurance company who did not want me to raise it that high).
