Rapid, smooth, professional I just closed a refi with LoanFlight and, as the title suggests, it was rapid and smooth. When I started the process I looked at several mortgage lending companies and LoanFlight came in below all of them. That wasn't immediately clear because there's a lot of ways to write a loan estimate but the folks from LoanFlight worked with me and it was clear they were giving me the best, most well-thought out deal. Once I locked my rate with them, it was a relatively quick process (3 to 3.5 weeks). All the interactions I had with their processors was professional, courteous, and helpful. I did pretty much everything online through their portal. Closing was easy and now I'm going to buy a new truck.

Professional Company Good rate, like all loans a lot of asks but moved smoothly through the process. The salesperson was unavailable when we had questions, never returned emails or phone calls. Could be a coincidence but my wife had her identity compromised during this period. A lot of work getting it fixed.

Low Fees & Great Rates I found LoanFlight while looking at refi rates on the Zillow website. Overall, I had a good experience and got a great rate. While I did have issues with a few of the third-party vendors I did not shop for, LoanFlight and the title company (TranStar) made sure I was made right. LoanFlight issued me a lender credit to make up for the appraiser requesting additional fees, and TranStar credited me for wire fees and let me close by Cashier’s Check after my funds kept on getting returned. I have already recommended LoanFlight to a few of my friends who are also refinancing. You cannot beat the rates and $0 lender fees.

So glad they called me back after initial "no thanks" So glad they called me again about a month after an initial contact during which their rate wasn't significantly better than what I already had. This time, the offer made it worth going through the process and absorbing the reasonable closing costs. I was getting a bit nervous about getting the loan closed within the 30-day rate lock period -- thank goodness I had my paperwork in order (insurance statements, proofs of income sources, tax returns, family trust documents, etc.) and we did close a few days short of the deadline. Very responsive people all the way from the initial sales call through the loan officer and finally the closing coordinator

I had never heard of Loanflight.com… I had never heard of Loanflight.com before working with them. The process was seamless and their online platform is straightforward. They had great rates, communicated well, and they kept me informed immediately if more information was needed. I liked how they showed you the progress you made with each step toward closing. I would definitely use them in the future..
