Very knowledgable and easy refinance I was really satisfied with the team at LoanFlight and would do business with them again. Allen W. helped me look at all options for my refinance and even looked into the details of my original loan and home equity loan to find the best option. He asked questions that other potential lenders did not and was able to save me more money than other lenders based on these questions. The process was easy to do with everything electronic.

Professional Company Good rate, like all loans a lot of asks but moved smoothly through the process. The salesperson was unavailable when we had questions, never returned emails or phone calls. Could be a coincidence but my wife had her identity compromised during this period. A lot of work getting it fixed.

So glad they called me back after initial "no thanks" So glad they called me again about a month after an initial contact during which their rate wasn't significantly better than what I already had. This time, the offer made it worth going through the process and absorbing the reasonable closing costs. I was getting a bit nervous about getting the loan closed within the 30-day rate lock period -- thank goodness I had my paperwork in order (insurance statements, proofs of income sources, tax returns, family trust documents, etc.) and we did close a few days short of the deadline. Very responsive people all the way from the initial sales call through the loan officer and finally the closing coordinator
