Stellar company! We definitely recommend Morty! Diego helped us throughout the whole process. He patiently and professionally responded to emails/texts in a timely manner and addressed any concerns we had right away. Jack got us through a chaotic closing (on the bank's end) with ease. Easy and Straightforward! Working with Morty made the mortgage process really easy and straightforward! They were able to compare rates across multiple lenders, ensuring I got the best rate for the right mortgage for me. I liked the personalized focus and attention, I never felt like just another number. My Closing Lead, Jack, was super communicative and responsive, really great to work with. And, I was able to benefit from their float down option when rates dropped - I still worked with the same team at Morty, but the lender changed, it was seamless. Morty showed us great rates but their follow through sucks Morty showed us great rates. Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. I will update my review if the situation improves.

I shared my expectations with Paige… Morty’s rates were the lowest online so, I called and shared my expectations with Paige from Morty during my initial loan consultation. She answered all my questions and assured me the process would go smoothly. Their web portal for uploads was easy to understand and navigate. Paige and Jack were available along the way via txt or call, both followed through on their promise. We had normal issues with my general contractor’s completion timeline and they worked hard to keep my closing on track! Great job!!
