Morty.com deserves 10 STARS! Derek, Noah, Karen and their team at Morty.com deserve 10 stars!! They were so competent, caring and supportive throughout the whole process of procuring a home loan. They were able to find an incredibly good rate for us, with the lowest closing costs I've seen. They explained everything, anticipated potential problems with the underwriters so that we could meet our contractual closing date, and followed through on every detail. I wish every company was half as good. I will use them again and give them the highest recommendation!

Appreciation As a first time buyer, i did not know what to expect. The on line application was answered quickly, since calls and guidance were walking hands in hands. Smooth Process and Quick Responses Morty (particularly Angela and Noah) was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I found Morty through LendingTree and from getting quotes to final approval, each step of the way went smoothly. As first time home purchasers, we found their quick responses to our emails, texts, and phone calls very helpful to our peace of mind.

We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.
