Very efficient document intake Very efficient document intake. Most communication was done through email and their portal website where most documents are entered. I was able to lock in a significantly lower rate than what I was quoted by others. Pretty responsive (except weekends), and was very relieved and happy to have gotten everything done within a 28 day closing period.

We have done two mortgage applications through Morty and in both cases Robert was very patient and walked us through the different options.
