Typically drawn-out and complicated, there seem to be a million little steps and you never know what is lurking around the corner. Morty makes that journey a whole lot less stressful. They were able to find an incredibly good rate for us, with the lowest closing costs I've seen. They explained everything, anticipated potential problems with the underwriters so that we could meet our contractual closing date, and followed through on every detail. Very efficient document intake Very efficient document intake. Most communication was done through email and their portal website where most documents are entered. I was able to lock in a significantly lower rate than what I was quoted by others. Pretty responsive (except weekends), and was very relieved and happy to have gotten everything done within a 28 day closing period.

Appreciation As a first time buyer, i did not know what to expect. The on line application was answered quickly, since calls and guidance were walking hands in hands.
