From the nascent stages of searching for a good interest rate all the way to closing on your new home, Morty is straightforward and transparent. Very efficient document intake Very efficient document intake. Most communication was done through email and their portal website where most documents are entered. I was able to lock in a significantly lower rate than what I was quoted by others. Pretty responsive (except weekends), and was very relieved and happy to have gotten everything done within a 28 day closing period.
