We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

Whether it was about getting the lowest cost mortgage option or trying to make sure the closing happens on time, the team at Morty was always on top of the issue to make sure that the customer is taken care of the best way possible. Morty showed us great rates but their follow through sucks Morty showed us great rates. Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. I will update my review if the situation improves.

Stellar company! We definitely recommend Morty! Diego helped us throughout the whole process. He patiently and professionally responded to emails/texts in a timely manner and addressed any concerns we had right away. Jack got us through a chaotic closing (on the bank's end) with ease. He kept us informed and feeling positive even during last minute hiccups. The whole Morty team worked diligently to get us in our new home in just 23 days! We are extremely grateful!!
