GBI shared my expectations with Paige… Morty’s rates were the lowest online so, I called and shared my expectations with Paige from Morty during my initial loan consultation. She answered all my questions and assured me the process would go smoothly. Their web portal for uploads was easy to understand and navigate. Paige and Jack were available along the way via txt or call, both followed through on their promise. We had normal issues with my general contractor’s completion timeline and they worked hard to keep my closing on track! Great job!!

GBVery efficient document intake Very efficient document intake. Most communication was done through email and their portal website where most documents are entered. I was able to lock in a significantly lower rate than what I was quoted by others. Pretty responsive (except weekends), and was very relieved and happy to have gotten everything done within a 28 day closing period.

He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless. GBMorty showed us great rates but their follow through sucks Morty showed us great rates. Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. I will update my review if the situation improves.
