Typically drawn-out and complicated, there seem to be a million little steps and you never know what is lurking around the corner. Morty makes that journey a whole lot less stressful. From the nascent stages of searching for a good interest rate all the way to closing on your new home, Morty is straightforward and transparent. Plus, Morty provides an attentive, dedicated team of specialists (shout out to Angela, Ebony, and Paige!) for each part of the process. I had a slightly atypical home buying process with plenty of twists and turns, and my Morty team always rolled with punches!

Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

Smooth Process and Quick Responses Morty (particularly Angela and Noah) was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I found Morty through LendingTree and from getting quotes to final approval, each step of the way went smoothly. As first time home purchasers, we found their quick responses to our emails, texts, and phone calls very helpful to our peace of mind.

Appreciation As a first time buyer, i did not know what to expect. The on line application was answered quickly, since calls and guidance were walking hands in hands. Morty had given me sense of hope, by taking my dream into reality, when all the appearances were against me, being single, and a woman at the same could have been a complicated issue, but thank you God by helping me make it thru, i have an ownership.
