Highly recommended I had an awesome experience with Morty. My loan officer (Vivek Singh) was very responsive and from day one he explained all the terms of the contract and what I should be expecting. Vivek and Keegan worked hard to make the mortgage ready by closing date, despite Thanksgiving Holidays. Their rate was also better than any other rate I could get from other lenders. Although we had several delays in our closing due to seller's fault, thanks to Vivek and Keegan's help we could close before Christmas. They were professional, great in communication, and helpful in every aspect of the loan.

Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

I shared my expectations with Paige… Morty’s rates were the lowest online so, I called and shared my expectations with Paige from Morty during my initial loan consultation. She answered all my questions and assured me the process would go smoothly. Their web portal for uploads was easy to understand and navigate. Paige and Jack were available along the way via txt or call, both followed through on their promise. We had normal issues with my general contractor’s completion timeline and they worked hard to keep my closing on track! Great job!!

Morty has very competitive rates Morty has very competitive rates and good service. Phillip and Tim were always there to answer any questions. We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

I found Morty through LendingTree and from getting quotes to final approval, each step of the way went smoothly. As first time home purchasers, we found their quick responses to our emails, texts, and phone calls very helpful to our peace of mind.
