Morty showed us great rates but their follow through sucks Morty showed us great rates. Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. I will update my review if the situation improves.

Morty.com deserves 10 STARS! Derek, Noah, Karen and their team at Morty.com deserve 10 stars!! They were so competent, caring and supportive throughout the whole process of procuring a home loan. They were able to find an incredibly good rate for us, with the lowest closing costs I've seen. They explained everything, anticipated potential problems with the underwriters so that we could meet our contractual closing date, and followed through on every detail. I wish every company was half as good. I will use them again and give them the highest recommendation!

Most expedient option to bank... The most convenient option to finance your home. Everything was done so seamlessly - I didn't have run around to the bank or keep calling the loan officer in traditional banks. I was hesitant at first to go the online route to finance my home - but I am very glad I did. Also they offered such great interest rate - No other bank could match it!

They helped secure the lowest possible interest rate, and handled entire process seamlessly through closing. I requested increasing my loan amount, and they adjusted it with no problem or delay in closing. All of the loan details were clear, and everything was above board. She answered all my questions and assured me the process would go smoothly. Their web portal for uploads was easy to understand and navigate. Paige and Jack were available along the way via txt or call, both followed through on their promise. We had normal issues with my general contractor’s completion timeline and they worked hard to keep my closing on track! Great job!!
