Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. I will update my review if the situation improves.

Fast, Friendly, and Helpful As a first-time home buyer, the process of buying a house can be scary. Typically drawn-out and complicated, there seem to be a million little steps and you never know what is lurking around the corner. Morty makes that journey a whole lot less stressful. From the nascent stages of searching for a good interest rate all the way to closing on your new home, Morty is straightforward and transparent.
