We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

Most expedient option to bank... The most convenient option to finance your home. Everything was done so seamlessly - I didn't have run around to the bank or keep calling the loan officer in traditional banks. I was hesitant at first to go the online route to finance my home - but I am very glad I did. Also they offered such great interest rate - No other bank could match it!

I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. She answered all my questions and assured me the process would go smoothly. Their web portal for uploads was easy to understand and navigate. Paige and Jack were available along the way via txt or call, both followed through on their promise. We had normal issues with my general contractor’s completion timeline and they worked hard to keep my closing on track! Great job!!
