We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless. I shared my expectations with Paige… Morty’s rates were the lowest online so, I called and shared my expectations with Paige from Morty during my initial loan consultation. She answered all my questions and assured me the process would go smoothly. Their web portal for uploads was easy to understand and navigate. Paige and Jack were available along the way via txt or call, both followed through on their promise. We had normal issues with my general contractor’s completion timeline and they worked hard to keep my closing on track! Great job!!
