Easy and Straightforward! Working with Morty made the mortgage process really easy and straightforward! They were able to compare rates across multiple lenders, ensuring I got the best rate for the right mortgage for me. I liked the personalized focus and attention, I never felt like just another number. My Closing Lead, Jack, was super communicative and responsive, really great to work with. And, I was able to benefit from their float down option when rates dropped - I still worked with the same team at Morty, but the lender changed, it was seamless. Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

Morty.com deserves 10 STARS! Derek, Noah, Karen and their team at Morty.com deserve 10 stars!! They were so competent, caring and supportive throughout the whole process of procuring a home loan. They were able to find an incredibly good rate for us, with the lowest closing costs I've seen. They explained everything, anticipated potential problems with the underwriters so that we could meet our contractual closing date, and followed through on every detail. I wish every company was half as good. I will use them again and give them the highest recommendation!
