They helped secure the lowest possible interest rate, and handled entire process seamlessly through closing. I requested increasing my loan amount, and they adjusted it with no problem or delay in closing. All of the loan details were clear, and everything was above board. I give Morty my highest recommendation!

Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

Most expedient option to bank... The most convenient option to finance your home. Everything was done so seamlessly - I didn't have run around to the bank or keep calling the loan officer in traditional banks. I was hesitant at first to go the online route to finance my home - but I am very glad I did. Also they offered such great interest rate - No other bank could match it!
