Fast, Friendly, and Helpful As a first-time home buyer, the process of buying a house can be scary. Typically drawn-out and complicated, there seem to be a million little steps and you never know what is lurking around the corner. Morty makes that journey a whole lot less stressful. From the nascent stages of searching for a good interest rate all the way to closing on your new home, Morty is straightforward and transparent. Plus, Morty provides an attentive, dedicated team of specialists (shout out to Angela, Ebony, and Paige!) for each part of the process. I had a slightly atypical home buying process with plenty of twists and turns, and my Morty team always rolled with punches!

He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless. Tim, the closing associate, was also communicative. He made the official closing a positive experience when we needed to meet the closing date. Morty.com deserves 10 STARS! Derek, Noah, Karen and their team at Morty.com deserve 10 stars!! They were so competent, caring and supportive throughout the whole process of procuring a home loan. They were able to find an incredibly good rate for us, with the lowest closing costs I've seen. They explained everything, anticipated potential problems with the underwriters so that we could meet our contractual closing date, and followed through on every detail. I wish every company was half as good. I will use them again and give them the highest recommendation!

Morty showed us great rates but their follow through sucks Morty showed us great rates. Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. I will update my review if the situation improves.
