I tried to be very proactive in providing info. Some of your reviewers of documents did not even act like they could read or decipher info. Time off or vacation was taken at what I would have considered critical in processing my loan. However my loan did close on time and I am grateful for that.

I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours.
