He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless. Tim, the closing associate, was also communicative. He made the official closing a positive experience when we needed to meet the closing date. Buying a house is a big decision and the process isn't linear so, we are thankful that Michael and Tim were there to support us through closing! Thank you so, so much!

Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

A Great Service! We have been highly satisfied working with Morty and are impressed by their efficiency. Whether it was about getting the lowest cost mortgage option or trying to make sure the closing happens on time, the team at Morty was always on top of the issue to make sure that the customer is taken care of the best way possible. Once the closing was done and we received the keys, we could not be more thankful that we worked with Morty. We highly recommend Morty to any new homebuyers.

Morty showed us great rates but their follow through sucks Morty showed us great rates. Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. I will update my review if the situation improves.
