I was able to lock in a significantly lower rate than what I was quoted by others. Pretty responsive (except weekends), and was very relieved and happy to have gotten everything done within a 28 day closing period.

We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates.
