We have done two mortgage applications through Morty and in both cases Robert was very patient and walked us through the different options. He also kept us posted, and took us through the process explaining what each step meant. We've appreciated his insights and guidance and would definitely work with him again

We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless.
