GBMorty.com deserves 10 STARS! Derek, Noah, Karen and their team at Morty.com deserve 10 stars!! They were so competent, caring and supportive throughout the whole process of procuring a home loan. They were able to find an incredibly good rate for us, with the lowest closing costs I've seen. They explained everything, anticipated potential problems with the underwriters so that we could meet our contractual closing date, and followed through on every detail. I wish every company was half as good. I will use them again and give them the highest recommendation!

GBVery efficient document intake Very efficient document intake. Most communication was done through email and their portal website where most documents are entered. I was able to lock in a significantly lower rate than what I was quoted by others. Pretty responsive (except weekends), and was very relieved and happy to have gotten everything done within a 28 day closing period.

GBMorty has very competitive rates Morty has very competitive rates and good service. Phillip and Tim were always there to answer any questions. We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

GBHighly recommended I had an awesome experience with Morty. My loan officer (Vivek Singh) was very responsive and from day one he explained all the terms of the contract and what I should be expecting. Vivek and Keegan worked hard to make the mortgage ready by closing date, despite Thanksgiving Holidays. Their rate was also better than any other rate I could get from other lenders. Although we had several delays in our closing due to seller's fault, thanks to Vivek and Keegan's help we could close before Christmas. They were professional, great in communication, and helpful in every aspect of the loan.

GBYour organization was not proactive and… Your organization was not proactive and not very forthcoming with information on my closing which ended up being stressful for me. I tried to be very proactive in providing info. Some of your reviewers of documents did not even act like they could read or decipher info. Time off or vacation was taken at what I would have considered critical in processing my loan. However my loan did close on time and I am grateful for that.
