As first time home purchasers, we found their quick responses to our emails, texts, and phone calls very helpful to our peace of mind.

Everything was going well until the last day of the mortgage contingency when suddenly, they need tons of new paperwork from me. I feel that I am consistently having to repeat myself in emails and currently, we might not be closing on time. I'm hoping they can get everything together in the next few hours. Most expedient option to bank... The most convenient option to finance your home. Everything was done so seamlessly - I didn't have run around to the bank or keep calling the loan officer in traditional banks. I was hesitant at first to go the online route to finance my home - but I am very glad I did. Also they offered such great interest rate - No other bank could match it!

Your organization was not proactive and… Your organization was not proactive and not very forthcoming with information on my closing which ended up being stressful for me. I tried to be very proactive in providing info. Some of your reviewers of documents did not even act like they could read or decipher info. Time off or vacation was taken at what I would have considered critical in processing my loan. However my loan did close on time and I am grateful for that.
