Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

Stellar company! We definitely recommend Morty! Diego helped us throughout the whole process. He patiently and professionally responded to emails/texts in a timely manner and addressed any concerns we had right away. Jack got us through a chaotic closing (on the bank's end) with ease.
