Your organization was not proactive and… Your organization was not proactive and not very forthcoming with information on my closing which ended up being stressful for me. I tried to be very proactive in providing info. Some of your reviewers of documents did not even act like they could read or decipher info. Time off or vacation was taken at what I would have considered critical in processing my loan. However my loan did close on time and I am grateful for that.

Great rate & strong start - stumbled at the end Great rate and start to the process. Easy to submit documents, but some had to be submitted multiple times. Closing paperwork was wrong, despite me reminding of all prepaids. This led to me overpaying by over $3k, which was promptly returned to me by the closing company. Started off as my best mortgage experience, but stumbled at the end causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. All that said, I would still try Morty again, hoping that it finishes as strong as it began.

They helped secure the lowest possible interest rate, and handled entire process seamlessly through closing. I requested increasing my loan amount, and they adjusted it with no problem or delay in closing. All of the loan details were clear, and everything was above board. Most expedient option to bank... The most convenient option to finance your home. Everything was done so seamlessly - I didn't have run around to the bank or keep calling the loan officer in traditional banks. I was hesitant at first to go the online route to finance my home - but I am very glad I did. Also they offered such great interest rate - No other bank could match it!

We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.
