Typically drawn-out and complicated, there seem to be a million little steps and you never know what is lurking around the corner. Morty makes that journey a whole lot less stressful. From the nascent stages of searching for a good interest rate all the way to closing on your new home, Morty is straightforward and transparent. Plus, Morty provides an attentive, dedicated team of specialists (shout out to Angela, Ebony, and Paige!) for each part of the process. They were able to find an incredibly good rate for us, with the lowest closing costs I've seen. They explained everything, anticipated potential problems with the underwriters so that we could meet our contractual closing date, and followed through on every detail. I wish every company was half as good. I will use them again and give them the highest recommendation!

He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless.
