Amazing Customer Service I had an issue with my account being shut down & I had no idea why it happened. I emailed them & they took care of the problem. They helped me out by resetting my account. They explained to me what had occurred. They are truly amazing & I'm beyond happy with their customer service. Many firms will not listen to what you have to say & not help you out at all when issues occur. They def. listen to you & I am beyond happy with them. I highly recommend using them!

$50K ELITEETF Failed Risk Adjust But Support Fixed It My $50K ELITEETF account did not stop my trailing drawdown after making drawdown plus $100 and I was trading and getting nicked for not taking profit. Then the account failed when I had equity in reserve. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation, and they fixed the risk parameters and erased the day. I am happy with the quick response and how it shows that they want good traders in-house and not just resets.

I just got my funded account- 1800 loss bad data. No volume I just got my funded account after passing my Evaluation. Paid 150 USD. Decided to give it a try get 1 day count with a micro. Selected the wrong contract MNQH5 instead of MNQH4. the trades went thru. I lost 400 dollars in 12 seconds (really instant but I was like why I am showing 800 loss for 2 micro contract when market not moving) due to the incorrect data. Asked if they can amend that. They told me they couldn't. If the data glitch was 400 Positive. would they have honored it or told me its not valid..... Anyway, all funding companies are not the same. I know a few that would have just provided me with another account or remove the bad trades. Will not mention them here. Do your research. They told me contract had no Volume. Guessing only my contracts that went thru.

This company is def a scam they require… This company is def a scam they require that your trade should be more than 10 sec what is their business if they are interested in good traders that understand their risk at 10 sec when some others do at 10 min what is the bis deal but they are truly interested just in collecting fees i dont recommend it

So far it's been an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! It's my first time ever to use a funded prop firm and I am glad I gave Elite Trading Funding a try. It was really easy to set up on Ninjatrader platform and everything worked seamlessly. There are quite a bit of rules and regulations to follow and adhere to, but to be fair and honest, they are there for a reason and if we follow them strictly, I don't see any issues. I can for sure say, ETF wants consistent, risk managed, strategic traders and not gamblers. So far I would give them 5 stars and a thumbs up. I will give further review when I will be eligible for payouts and update on the process. Thanks
