Good people to work with - Loan Guys I first spoke spoke with Shervin Modir Senior Account Manager, LoanGuys.com back in the fall of 2023. My partners and I were in the process of refinancing 7 of our properties. We were working with another lender at the time but things were not going well as the value the lender was coming back to us with was way under market value. We felt TRAPPED/CORNERED/WORRIED/OVERWELMED. We prayed on it and sent his angels and told us have you considered Loan Guys? Shervin and his team not only refinanced all 7 properties, they refinanced at over $35K to $55k of what the other lender was offering. Loan Closing Don't get proper response, hard to get hold of them and don't get to know what's going on with your loan, don't get closing documents until day of closing
