About Loanguys.com

With our team having more than 30+ years of experience and over thousands of funded loans, we are one of the top choices for real estate financing. Big or small, LoanGuys.com does it all. ‍ We pride ourselves on funding the impossible, successfully securing deals that traditional banks won’t consider. We are a no-experience required lender, which means you don’t need to have two to three successful deals under your belt just to qualify. Bad Credit? No Problem. We’ve got you covered there too. ‍ Our three main services are Rental Property Loans, Fix and Flip Loans, and Stated Income Loans. We currently have more than $100 million in available capital to invest. Getting pre-approved with our agents will take you just a few minutes and doesn’t require invasive credit checks. ‍ We are grateful to every one of our borrowers who have allowed us to grow our lending potential over the last three decades. Over the years, our borrowers have returned major profits for themselves and their investors, generating $250 million+ on $1 Billion in Capital.

Nate was great to work with I asked him… Nate was great to work with I asked him upfront about the process they were never any surprises along the way. His coworkers followed up during the process and followed things through until the end. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone I’m sure I will be doing more deals with him in the future.

This process was effortless This process was effortless. The agent who helped with my loan was Vaughn and I loved how he knew my paperwork in and out. They funded my loan and we closed on the property 18 days after receiving the appraisal! I never knew that was even possible. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them.

Good people to work with - Loan Guys I first spoke spoke with Shervin Modir Senior Account Manager, LoanGuys.com back in the fall of 2023. My partners and I were in the process of refinancing 7 of our properties. We were working with another lender at the time but things were not going well as the value the lender was coming back to us with was way under market value. We felt TRAPPED/CORNERED/WORRIED/OVERWELMED. We prayed on it and sent his angels and told us have you considered Loan Guys? Shervin and his team not only refinanced all 7 properties, they refinanced at over $35K to $55k of what the other lender was offering. Shervin and I had a lot of back and forth during the process and one point I was beyond frustrated and lashed out because of the time it was taking but at no time did Shervin lose his cool or give up "Pat, I have your back, and i will get this done for you. Do not stress about this, my TEAM and I will get this done. THEY DID. The relationship has grown and is now taking new levels because SHERVIN IS A MAN THAT CAN BE TRUSTED TO DELIVER WHAT HE SAYS. Sincerely, Minister O'Connell O'Bear Properties LLC
