They were easy to work with and gave guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend using them in this economic climate. While other banks find ways to deny loans, they work to get you approved.

My credit wasn't so great after a bitter divorce and most people didn't want to work with me or told me I had no options. Benjamin presented many options and stuck it out with me until I finally closed. GBSlightly above average service Michael was nice but made some promises and gave us incorrect information multiple times . Also increased interest APR on us last minute right before closing. The loan process took way longer than promised. Besides that it wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst. Average lender and tactics
