First time real estate investor here… First time real estate investor here and I was so fortunate to have found Henry and his team Susan and Matthew who came through for me on DSCR loan last minute and got my loan funded and closed in 6 weeks (would have been 5 but closing date was on thanksgiving so it was delayed by a week)! The process so was much smoother than a previous lender I was under contract with who was giving me the run around and ultimately wasted my time and money. I will definitely use Henry on all my loans moving forward because he’s very upfront and honest and that’s hard to find. Definitely recommend!!

Good people to work with - Loan Guys I first spoke spoke with Shervin Modir Senior Account Manager, LoanGuys.com back in the fall of 2023. My partners and I were in the process of refinancing 7 of our properties. We were working with another lender at the time but things were not going well as the value the lender was coming back to us with was way under market value. Slightly above average service Michael was nice but made some promises and gave us incorrect information multiple times . Also increased interest APR on us last minute right before closing. The loan process took way longer than promised. Besides that it wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst. Average lender and tactics

This process was effortless This process was effortless. The agent who helped with my loan was Vaughn and I loved how he knew my paperwork in and out. They funded my loan and we closed on the property 18 days after receiving the appraisal! I never knew that was even possible. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them.
