I was working with Benjamin who helped… I was working with Benjamin who helped me get the property of my dreams!!! My credit wasn't so great after a bitter divorce and most people didn't want to work with me or told me I had no options. Benjamin presented many options and stuck it out with me until I finally closed. Home buying is stressful and I didnt think i had a chance, but it all worked out and I am interested in purchasing another and you know the first person I'll call is Ben and Loanguys!

Worst loan experience ever The website advertises 12-14 day closing times for loans. My loan took almost 60 days to close and the delays were not caused by me. There was no communication that was truthful. It was so bad we almost lost our property because the sellers wanted to back out. Be very careful. UPDATE: The response from LoanGuys is simply another lie. I have copies of emails from the title company begging for information to finalize everything for the closing that went unanswered or were delayed by loanguys.

Initially when I spoke to my loan… Initially when I spoke to my loan officer I was quoted a 14 day time frame as well as a specific interest rate ( below my current rate of 5%). After several weeks of going back and forth loan docs were completed 30 days later. At signing not only was my rate a lot higher but I was also charged $10k in closing, origination and misc fee's to write this loan. Had I not been in a situation that the cash out was already committed to another investment I would never have gone through with the loan. Not a very professional way to conduct business

Slightly above average service Michael was nice but made some promises and gave us incorrect information multiple times . Also increased interest APR on us last minute right before closing. The loan process took way longer than promised. Besides that it wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst. Average lender and tactics
