GBLoan Closing Don't get proper response, hard to get hold of them and don't get to know what's going on with your loan, don't get closing documents until day of closing

MVThee worst company on Earth Thee worst company on the face of the Earth! Don't do it! Worst 6 Months of my life. So much time and money wasted. The positive reviews are fake.. As you see they are are within the last year or so. Don't know how they are legally still in business with their practices. Find another company. Go to LIMAONE or KIAVI. That's what I had to do to get my remaining properties refinanced, They'll give you rates and stick to them Unlike Loan guys. I lost an EMD dealing with these scammers. With them My closing was pushed back 4 months and I was given about 7 different rate sheets after they locked and I payed about $2000 in appraisals and they used they to their advantage. And the rates just kept changing and changing at closing my rate was TWO POINTS higher than what was given post being approved, Again, DONT DO IT. I'm trying to tell you.

GBI was working with Benjamin who helped… I was working with Benjamin who helped me get the property of my dreams!!! My credit wasn't so great after a bitter divorce and most people didn't want to work with me or told me I had no options. Benjamin presented many options and stuck it out with me until I finally closed.
