GBI got a good rate but the process was not good I got a good rate but the processing stage was sub-optimal. Communications were sporadic and document requests were not clear. There were tasks that I had to do to collect required docs and the instructions were not that clear. I had to reach out to them a few times to see where things are at and the replies were not timely.

GBI was very happy with the level of… I was very happy with the level of service from FiWize. Very quick response times, helpful staff etc. The finance was somewhat nonstandard since it was done for a Tesla that had to be purchased online. There were a few hiccups involving the timing of the car delivery and paperwork mixups from Tesla etc. FiWize handled their part of the process very smoothly.
