I got a good rate but the process was not good I got a good rate but the processing stage was sub-optimal. Communications were sporadic and document requests were not clear. There were tasks that I had to do to collect required docs and the instructions were not that clear. I had to reach out to them a few times to see where things are at and the replies were not timely.

There were a few hiccups involving the timing of the car delivery and paperwork mixups from Tesla etc. FiWize handled their part of the process very smoothly.
