Terrible Customer Service and Overall Process The only positive part of this process with FiWize was the competitive interest rate. The representatives at FiWize extremely misrepresented the processing time. They originally quoted me a week and it took them close to a month. They said you wouldn’t have to step foot in the DMV to re-register your car which was a lie. They don’t respond to emails asking them for an updated status and timeline of the process. I had to upload my payoff package multiple times because the the loan processor didn’t complete her part within the time limit of the payoff quote. They had incorrect information on loan documents that I told them needed to be corrected before signing anything. Honestly, you are better off just rate shopping with a couple of local credit unions in your area. Guaranteed they will have a great rate and process your loan a lot quicker than FiWize.

Fast and the easiest process !! Fast and the easiest process !!! I got 5 percentage points lower then my current auto loan definitely will use them again in the future …. FYI make sure you send all info they need back asap my loan app and loan funding was less then 2 weeks at most and everyone is polite which is a big one for me
