GBTerrible Customer Service and Overall Process The only positive part of this process with FiWize was the competitive interest rate. The representatives at FiWize extremely misrepresented the processing time. They originally quoted me a week and it took them close to a month. They said you wouldn’t have to step foot in the DMV to re-register your car which was a lie. They don’t respond to emails asking them for an updated status and timeline of the process. I had to upload my payoff package multiple times because the the loan processor didn’t complete her part within the time limit of the payoff quote. They had incorrect information on loan documents that I told them needed to be corrected before signing anything. Honestly, you are better off just rate shopping with a couple of local credit unions in your area. Guaranteed they will have a great rate and process your loan a lot quicker than FiWize.

GBFollow up Had to do allot of follow up with them regarding documents. Should not send documents through regular mail, FEDEX is the most effective way to handle especially when coming across country. Staff was friendly, but the University Credit Union was too slow. It was not clear why I had to join other than now I realize I need to transfer money each month to an account in order to pay for loan. Statements would have been a better option, then I could have used my own bill pay account.

GBSaved me a great deal of money on interest charges and super convenient!! FiWize turned out to be an amazing outcome in a refinance rate for my vehicle saving me over $2,700 over the life of my original dealer auto loan! The personnel were helpful and responsive and I was able to do everything online or by phone. The only reason they are not five stars was the loan took over a month from start to finish.

GBI got a good rate but the process was not good I got a good rate but the processing stage was sub-optimal. Communications were sporadic and document requests were not clear. There were tasks that I had to do to collect required docs and the instructions were not that clear. I had to reach out to them a few times to see where things are at and the replies were not timely.
