Follow up Had to do allot of follow up with them regarding documents. Should not send documents through regular mail, FEDEX is the most effective way to handle especially when coming across country. Staff was friendly, but the University Credit Union was too slow. It was not clear why I had to join other than now I realize I need to transfer money each month to an account in order to pay for loan. Statements would have been a better option, then I could have used my own bill pay account.
