I got a good rate but the process was not good I got a good rate but the processing stage was sub-optimal. Communications were sporadic and document requests were not clear. There were tasks that I had to do to collect required docs and the instructions were not that clear. I had to reach out to them a few times to see where things are at and the replies were not timely.

Saved me a great deal of money on interest charges and super convenient!! FiWize turned out to be an amazing outcome in a refinance rate for my vehicle saving me over $2,700 over the life of my original dealer auto loan! The personnel were helpful and responsive and I was able to do everything online or by phone. The only reason they are not five stars was the loan took over a month from start to finish.

Good service, but there was a mistake I was really surprised that they were able to find a lender willing to work with my situation at a fair interest rate. They kept me up to date throughout the process and everything was going good.The problem I ran into is when they apparently mixed up my information with someone else's and then told me I had to put more down than originally quoted. It eventually got straightened out, but this happening at all is why I didn't give 5 stars.
