Terrible Customer Service and Overall Process The only positive part of this process with FiWize was the competitive interest rate. The representatives at FiWize extremely misrepresented the processing time. They originally quoted me a week and it took them close to a month. They said you wouldn’t have to step foot in the DMV to re-register your car which was a lie. They don’t respond to emails asking them for an updated status and timeline of the process. I had to upload my payoff package multiple times because the the loan processor didn’t complete her part within the time limit of the payoff quote. They had incorrect information on loan documents that I told them needed to be corrected before signing anything. Honestly, you are better off just rate shopping with a couple of local credit unions in your area. Guaranteed they will have a great rate and process your loan a lot quicker than FiWize.

They can save you money! They dropped my interest rate by 66%. Went from 18% to under 7%. Not even my Credit Union would offer me a refinance. Communication was a little lacking at times, but they got the job done.

Best option I could have done The FiWize team was very helpful and communicated throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the results they offered, with loan not being even a year old. You get so many "offers" to save you, and they helped find the perfect solution for you. No hidden cost, or surprises. Saved in overall cost and will look to use them again in a year to see if we can get down even lower. Great team!

I was very happy with the level of… I was very happy with the level of service from FiWize. Very quick response times, helpful staff etc. The finance was somewhat nonstandard since it was done for a Tesla that had to be purchased online. There were a few hiccups involving the timing of the car delivery and paperwork mixups from Tesla etc. FiWize handled their part of the process very smoothly.
