FiWize turned out to be an amazing outcome in a refinance rate for my vehicle saving me over $2,700 over the life of my original dealer auto loan! The personnel were helpful and responsive and I was able to do everything online or by phone. The only reason they are not five stars was the loan took over a month from start to finish.

They can save you money! They dropped my interest rate by 66%. Went from 18% to under 7%. Not even my Credit Union would offer me a refinance. Communication was a little lacking at times, but they got the job done.

I got a good rate but the process was not good I got a good rate but the processing stage was sub-optimal. Communications were sporadic and document requests were not clear. There were tasks that I had to do to collect required docs and the instructions were not that clear. I had to reach out to them a few times to see where things are at and the replies were not timely.
