Would highly recommend. Working with Marc Karlin and Jessica Smith from RenoFi was probably the easiest process I have ever experienced. I provided everything that was needed and in return I received my loan within 2 weeks. Marc was very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to any one who needs a home renovation loan.

Huge waste of time, wish I never contacted They wasted my time for over 6 months telling me I was pre-qualified for almost $200k from their “initial financial review” only to then have them say the complete opposite when I actually went to apply. Regret ever contacting them.

Great experience with funding our project. Our experience to date has been fantastic. We are fully funded at a post renovation valuation which we never would have gotten elsewhere. The process was quick with the only small issue being a signed contract for the rennovation which is a bit of chicken and egg because we needed to know we had the financing to determine what we could actually do. All in all a great experience though we haven’t actually started building yet.

Wonderful experience! Faith and Marc were so helpful throughout our entire loan process. We were kept up to date with all processes of our loan, most times on a daily basis. It was nice to know where we were at during that time so that we knew what to expect next. The entire process did entail some work from us and our contractor, as well as uploading lots of documents, but it was worth it. We were given a time frame of 30-45 days from start to finish and we closed at around 6 weeks time frame. I would recommend Renofi to anyone needing those extra funds for a house project or renovation, which is what we are utilizing ours for!
