Whenever we had a question, he always responded back in a timely manner and we would also receive emails from him after hours with any updates to our file. Of the three homes we have purchased in the past, this experience was by far the best. We spoke to Mr Baldwin over the phone, email and text message since January when we first began planning to build our new home. We only had to meet with him in the office one time and when we met, he reviewed all of the available rates and worked with us to provide an option that worked best for our future plans. He timed this perfectly as well, because we avoided getting any penalties from locking in a rate too early as we had experienced with our two previous homes. Both lenders we used previously encouraged us to lock in a rate as soon as possible and did not explain how this would cost us money in the end. I would recommend Mr. Baldwin to anyone looking to buy a new home.
