Difficult company to work with Difficult company to work with. Take their sweet time replying to you, but when they need something it's an emergency. Rates originally looked better than others, but customer service more than offset any minor savings. And now after closing they've sold my information to someone because I'm getting three letters a day for mortgage based life insurance.

Easy and Excellent I had a wonderful experience with Alpha Mortgage. Jeff Gilley has been my loan officer for two homes now, and everything has been smooth and easy. He made it very easy for me to get everything together for closing and also was super fast and responsive when we were negotiating the purchase contract. The closing team was excellent too and even accommodated me being out of the country for the two weeks leading up to our closing date. All in all - excellent!
