Difficult company to work with Difficult company to work with. Take their sweet time replying to you, but when they need something it's an emergency. Rates originally looked better than others, but customer service more than offset any minor savings. And now after closing they've sold my information to someone because I'm getting three letters a day for mortgage based life insurance.
