I would highly recommend Mark Hoffman… I would highly recommend Mark Hoffman with Tier 1 Lending. I would have given up on buying my first home if it wasn't for Mark. I'm in my fifties, newly divorced and raising my 9 year old. I knew if I could afford over 1300.00 a month rent, I could afford to buy my first home by myself. Not that easy with other lenders. Application and document communication The only issue we had was some type of firewall/software glitch with sending emails between my service provider and my consultant. Once we figured out the problem all went smooth.
