GB5 Stars for Tier1 I would recommend Katherine and Steve and their team from Tier1 to get a competitive loan. They did an excellent job on my loan. They were always responsive and were able to answer all of my questions to get me the best rate possible. They also helped close the loan early which was a major benefit for me. GBThese guys did the impossible These guys did the impossible. Within 30 days, they closed a VA Loan and within those 30 days there were two closings involved and the Christmas Holidays and New Years, plus snowmagegon!!. Quite an accomplishment.
