They were always responsive and were able to answer all of my questions to get me the best rate possible. They also helped close the loan early which was a major benefit for me. Great Mortgage Company They understood my situation, which was not easy; however, they helped me every step of the way especially my mortgage consultant, Karla Corcoran. I cannot recommend her enough! They were honest and trustworthy and even made a believer out of my realtor who was cynical. My realtor has also referred other clients to Karla and Tier 1 Lending. The other really positive thing is that closing was flawless.
