5 Stars for Tier1 I would recommend Katherine and Steve and their team from Tier1 to get a competitive loan. They did an excellent job on my loan. They were always responsive and were able to answer all of my questions to get me the best rate possible. They also helped close the loan early which was a major benefit for me. Great Mortgage Company They understood my situation, which was not easy; however, they helped me every step of the way especially my mortgage consultant, Karla Corcoran. I cannot recommend her enough! They were honest and trustworthy and even made a believer out of my realtor who was cynical. My realtor has also referred other clients to Karla and Tier 1 Lending. The other really positive thing is that closing was flawless.
