He answered every question with a smile in his voice. We were able to accomplish exactly what we needed. Patrick explained everything in detail. He told us upfront what to expect and followed up continuously. He was available every time I called or sent a text. There were no surprises. They were always responsive and were able to answer all of my questions to get me the best rate possible. They also helped close the loan early which was a major benefit for me. I would highly recommend Mark Hoffman… I would highly recommend Mark Hoffman with Tier 1 Lending. I would have given up on buying my first home if it wasn't for Mark. I'm in my fifties, newly divorced and raising my 9 year old. I knew if I could afford over 1300.00 a month rent, I could afford to buy my first home by myself. Not that easy with other lenders.
