These guys did the impossible These guys did the impossible. Within 30 days, they closed a VA Loan and within those 30 days there were two closings involved and the Christmas Holidays and New Years, plus snowmagegon!!. Quite an accomplishment. They were all very personally involved, communicated specifically and constantly and assisted in many ways to make this loan application successful.

I'm in my fifties, newly divorced and raising my 9 year old. I knew if I could afford over 1300.00 a month rent, I could afford to buy my first home by myself. Not that easy with other lenders. Application and document communication The only issue we had was some type of firewall/software glitch with sending emails between my service provider and my consultant. Once we figured out the problem all went smooth.
