since there are so many lending… since there are so many lending companies out there,its a gamble who to go with,an once you start the process you are at there mercy for a few weeks.for any customer buying a home its very stressful ,emotionally etc with tier 1 started out complicated .but when steve lemmon took charge it was fantastic his effort to over come loan problems an come up with solutions was great.he realizes your dealing with peoples lives not just another online application cant say enough about him wonderful job because of steve my 22yr old daughter has her first home 6 stars jim varecka/ally varecka dad 8/24/18

Within 30 days, they closed a VA Loan and within those 30 days there were two closings involved and the Christmas Holidays and New Years, plus snowmagegon!!. Quite an accomplishment. They were all very personally involved, communicated specifically and constantly and assisted in many ways to make this loan application successful.
