He answered every question with a smile in his voice. We were able to accomplish exactly what we needed. Patrick explained everything in detail. He told us upfront what to expect and followed up continuously. He was available every time I called or sent a text. There were no surprises. I have made numerous real estate deals and delt with numerous lenders. Patrick was superior to them in every aspect. Patrick is the type of individual all employers wish they had.

Application and document communication The only issue we had was some type of firewall/software glitch with sending emails between my service provider and my consultant. Once we figured out the problem all went smooth.
