I Have to say that today I had the privilege to talk to a PowerPay agent, what a wonderful person, her name is Ann Arcilla. She was so patient, helpful, proactive and great communication. PowerPay will reverse transactions on you without notice and without ever communicating with you about the alleged customer complaint or issue. They will simply take the word of the customer and take the money back out of your account. Some might call this theft. They hide behind their disclosures and refuse to even have a civil conversation. Run, do not walk as far as you can from this company. My company has been working with other 3rd party financing companies for over 10 years and PowerPay is by far the absolute worse without question. No other company even comes close to how unscrupulously, unprofessionally and unethically this company operates.

And sometimes they wasn't truthful and poor communication. But they wanted to be paid! Very disappointed in the company Patio Enclosures Maybe my project didn't make them enough money. But they shouldn't have excepted it. They excepted my money which was financed through Power Pay. Thanks. I would not recommend them. The contractors was slow but they got the job done once they started.

Kristel made my experience worth 5… Kristel made my experience worth 5 stars. she is pleasant to work with and has great compassion. We are not in a desperate situation, we have made our payment. The funds have come out of our account 3+ weeks ago, but PowerPay has not received the funds as of today. I made another payment with Kristel over the phone and have a call into my bank to investigate what happened.
