Yay PowerPay! We've been using PowerPay financing for our company for about 2 years. The software is "Easy" to navigate for us and for our customers. With their affordable payment plans, we've been able to close a lot more deals. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always eager to assist. If you have a question that customer service doesn't have an answer to, they readily get you in contact with someone who does. They are definitely a "Five Star Company"! Would highly recommend them! Kristel made my experience worth 5… Kristel made my experience worth 5 stars. she is pleasant to work with and has great compassion. We are not in a desperate situation, we have made our payment. The funds have come out of our account 3+ weeks ago, but PowerPay has not received the funds as of today. I made another payment with Kristel over the phone and have a call into my bank to investigate what happened.

Phenomenal customer service I'm not one to leave reviews but felt compelled to write one based on my experience with Customer Service Representative Mary Jane Dy. She is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She's not your typical CS Agent, she goes above and beyond to "understand"your situation and find a resolution that works. Had a bit of communication problem at… Had a bit of communication problem at first, due to the contractor not performing. But everything has been fine so far. Too premature to say much at this point, since we haven't even made our first payment...

Very disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.
