With their affordable payment plans, we've been able to close a lot more deals. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always eager to assist. GBVery disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.

I Have to say that today I had the privilege to talk to a PowerPay agent, what a wonderful person, her name is Ann Arcilla. She was so patient, helpful, proactive and great communication.
