We wanted to get ahead of any problems that could cause us future problems with are home. We where denied loans for the amount required to purchase the roof we wanted to put on our house. Ann helped my husband and I get through the process to get our situation taken care of. She was very patient and pleasant to work with.

Very disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.
