Definitely needs a 0 start option Definitely needs a 0 start option. This review is in reference to the merchant side. PowerPay will reverse transactions on you without notice and without ever communicating with you about the alleged customer complaint or issue. They will simply take the word of the customer and take the money back out of your account. Some might call this theft. They hide behind their disclosures and refuse to even have a civil conversation. Run, do not walk as far as you can from this company. My company has been working with other 3rd party financing companies for over 10 years and PowerPay is by far the absolute worse without question. No other company even comes close to how unscrupulously, unprofessionally and unethically this company operates.

She is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She's not your typical CS Agent, she goes above and beyond to "understand"your situation and find a resolution that works.
