GBVery disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.

GBMy experience was very smooth My experience was very smooth. Eveline was Kind , Professional and explained everything well. I don’t know how I Would have gotten my major plumbing issues resolved without power pay. I would definitely recommend them
