GBVery disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.

GBThe crew who re-did our roof were… The crew who re-did our roof were excellent, they were considerate of not only our roof but also the area around the roof. Also, the roofing crew constantly had employees picking up any mess left, and in the end, I can say this company is worth what we are paying for.

GBHad a bit of communication problem at… Had a bit of communication problem at first, due to the contractor not performing. But everything has been fine so far. Too premature to say much at this point, since we haven't even made our first payment...
