She is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She's not your typical CS Agent, she goes above and beyond to "understand"your situation and find a resolution that works. The funds have come out of our account 3+ weeks ago, but PowerPay has not received the funds as of today. I made another payment with Kristel over the phone and have a call into my bank to investigate what happened.
