We wanted to get ahead of any problems that could cause us future problems with are home. We where denied loans for the amount required to purchase the roof we wanted to put on our house. Yay PowerPay! We've been using PowerPay financing for our company for about 2 years. The software is "Easy" to navigate for us and for our customers. With their affordable payment plans, we've been able to close a lot more deals. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always eager to assist. She was courteous and patient with me while I explained my concerns and the reasons for the delay in signing the documents.

Very disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.
