The funds have come out of our account 3+ weeks ago, but PowerPay has not received the funds as of today. Had a bit of communication problem at… Had a bit of communication problem at first, due to the contractor not performing. But everything has been fine so far. Too premature to say much at this point, since we haven't even made our first payment...

Very disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.
