GBYay PowerPay! We've been using PowerPay financing for our company for about 2 years. The software is "Easy" to navigate for us and for our customers. With their affordable payment plans, we've been able to close a lot more deals. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always eager to assist. If you have a question that customer service doesn't have an answer to, they readily get you in contact with someone who does. They are definitely a "Five Star Company"! Would highly recommend them! GBDefinitely needs a 0 start option Definitely needs a 0 start option. This review is in reference to the merchant side. PowerPay will reverse transactions on you without notice and without ever communicating with you about the alleged customer complaint or issue. They will simply take the word of the customer and take the money back out of your account. Some might call this theft. They hide behind their disclosures and refuse to even have a civil conversation. Run, do not walk as far as you can from this company. My company has been working with other 3rd party financing companies for over 10 years and PowerPay is by far the absolute worse without question. No other company even comes close to how unscrupulously, unprofessionally and unethically this company operates.

GBAnn A Ann A. was able to help me with my question regarding my loan application document, and even made a note in my file to let others know that I had made contact with Ann and was not not ignoring the e-mails I have received in the last few days. She was courteous and patient with me while I explained my concerns and the reasons for the delay in signing the documents.
