I made another payment with Kristel over the phone and have a call into my bank to investigate what happened.

Very disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.
