PowerPay will reverse transactions on you without notice and without ever communicating with you about the alleged customer complaint or issue. They will simply take the word of the customer and take the money back out of your account. Some might call this theft. They hide behind their disclosures and refuse to even have a civil conversation. Run, do not walk as far as you can from this company. My company has been working with other 3rd party financing companies for over 10 years and PowerPay is by far the absolute worse without question. No other company even comes close to how unscrupulously, unprofessionally and unethically this company operates.

Also, the roofing crew constantly had employees picking up any mess left, and in the end, I can say this company is worth what we are paying for.

GBThe team of four that came and sided… The team of four that came and sided our house were very good and they were professional they came and the weather was so cold I taken my hat off to them that they worked and they would work from the moment they got here until it was almost dark ours is a big house and they kept the mess to a very minimal and picked up every evening. The funds have come out of our account 3+ weeks ago, but PowerPay has not received the funds as of today. I made another payment with Kristel over the phone and have a call into my bank to investigate what happened.
