GBWorst company ever !! many others have stated here DO NOT… UPDATE: As many others have stated here DO NOT TRUST THUS COMPANY! They lied to me and my contractor about having my financing in order. They notified my contractor to say I was approved then 60 days later they say no to financing( AFTER COMPLETION OF JOB) because of insufficient collateral. Never asked for collateral b4 and didn't ask at end either! Just a big fat NO ! When I called and asked why they couldn't explain and then started with the lies. Kerri, the supposed supervisor wouldn't even admit they might have wronged me then asked me what did I want? How bout an apology I said. Nope. Crap company with liers and thiefs in the upper positions! STAY AWAY FROM POWERPAY! They will famously blame Valley Strong as well. That's the actual money ppl. These powerpay ppl are just money grabbers middlemanning YOUR funds! STAY FAR AWAY!

GBVery disorganized Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.

GBPhenomenal customer service I'm not one to leave reviews but felt compelled to write one based on my experience with Customer Service Representative Mary Jane Dy. She is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She's not your typical CS Agent, she goes above and beyond to "understand"your situation and find a resolution that works. She's a gem and it was an absolute pleasure speaking with her. Thank you again, Mary Jane!!

GBKristel made my experience worth 5… Kristel made my experience worth 5 stars. she is pleasant to work with and has great compassion. We are not in a desperate situation, we have made our payment. The funds have come out of our account 3+ weeks ago, but PowerPay has not received the funds as of today. I made another payment with Kristel over the phone and have a call into my bank to investigate what happened.

GBAnn Arcilla was very helpful! Ann Arcilla was very helpful with getting our financing processed. We had a Fraud Alert freeze that we had to activate due to some previous incidents. Ann helped my husband and I get through the process to get our situation taken care of. She was very patient and pleasant to work with.
