5-star service Azibo is a very user-friendly application to use. When I was setting up accounts, properties, and tenants and I had questions, customer service team was very prompt on their answers either on phone or email. They are very knowledgeable in the application and business and friendly. That is a 5-star service. Thank you!

Zibo is a must for any independent landlord! Zibo makes it easy to collect rent and I've saved a ton of time and money. The website is really secure and I especially love that I can see all the transactions related to my rental properties in one consolidated view. Zibo has removed alot of stress from managing my properties and I highly recommend it!

First time Landlord Azibo was easy to orgainize. At first it was a little intimidating; however, with a remaining question or two, I reached out to their customer support. A short time later, I received a detailed answer clarifying my issues. This made me feel comfortable for future questions. So far, so good!

The overall aspects of this website is… The overall aspects of this website is great, they have recently done an update that made one portion more difficult. And you're welcome to reach out to me for more information on that particular piece. The only way that I can see other than fixing the previous mentioned that this could be any better is if it was an actual app. Not a website or in addition to a website. As a landlord this has been absolutely fantastic very convenient for me as a landlord and for my tenants.

User Friendly with so MANY features!! I got lucky and hit the jackpot with Azibo! I am a fresh entry in the rental property industry. Got my first property to be come a landlord and set it up for rent! Azibo is the first website that was recommended multiple times from numerous Google search results! I tried it loved how so many features were available all in one platform. Its like an "All-You-Can-Eat" buffet! The best part, my tenants love how User Friendly it is to pay rent with multiple options! I, myself, love the Bookkeeping feature! I finally got all of my transactions synchronized and organized in time before my tax deadline. Azibo also offered multiple reports to be created so I can provide them all to my Tax Accountant. It made filing my business tax return very easy! Thank you!!!
