I am using AZibo for several years as I find them to be the most flexible, the most adopting, and with the best carrying customer support. The company is constantly growing and adding new features. Receiving rent is fast and free, setting up leases is easy.

5-star service Azibo is a very user-friendly application to use. When I was setting up accounts, properties, and tenants and I had questions, customer service team was very prompt on their answers either on phone or email. They are very knowledgeable in the application and business and friendly. That is a 5-star service. Thank you!

Easy rent collection (finally) Azibo has made rent collection far easier than we imagined. People make rent payments more timely now and we don't have to chase delinquencies. Excellent interface with a few bugs The Azibo interface is good but my tenants have had poor experiences due to being charged when Azibo never informed them and payments not going through. Azibo also have no way to continue to add the cost of late fee when each day the late fee goes up. I am hoping with my honest constructive feedback that this product will improve. I will not give up yet.

User Friendly with so MANY features!! I got lucky and hit the jackpot with Azibo! I am a fresh entry in the rental property industry. Got my first property to be come a landlord and set it up for rent! Azibo is the first website that was recommended multiple times from numerous Google search results! I tried it loved how so many features were available all in one platform. Its like an "All-You-Can-Eat" buffet! The best part, my tenants love how User Friendly it is to pay rent with multiple options! I, myself, love the Bookkeeping feature! I finally got all of my transactions synchronized and organized in time before my tax deadline. Azibo also offered multiple reports to be created so I can provide them all to my Tax Accountant. It made filing my business tax return very easy! Thank you!!!
