GBAzibo Service and Insurance Review I have been very impressed with the Azibo service, and your customer service representatives have been very helpful. I want to especially call out Daniel Jimenez in insurance who sold us three new policies on our rental properties. He was extremely prompt, did most of the background work, and got us the best price. The only part of your service that could be improved is to allow the Azibo checking account to be a joint account rather than only an individual account. I own properties with my brother and would like him to have access to the account if something happened to me.

GB5-star service Azibo is a very user-friendly application to use. When I was setting up accounts, properties, and tenants and I had questions, customer service team was very prompt on their answers either on phone or email. They are very knowledgeable in the application and business and friendly. That is a 5-star service. Thank you!

GBAzibo's Support team is AMAZING! Up front, let me state I have not used any other rental collection platform. Therefore, I cannot provide any comparison anecdotes for my 5-star review of Azibo. What I can say, since moving my tenants into Azibo back in September of 2021, Azibo has given me no reason to leave their platform. Why? How their Support team addresses issues with their platform or with my tenants is AMAZING! No inquiry has gone longer than 24 hours before there is a response or even a resolution to the issue. The Support team has even gotten on the phone with my tenants to resolve user issues. And here is the kicker: some of my tenants speak Portuguese, English is their second language.

GBExcellent interface with a few bugs The Azibo interface is good but my tenants have had poor experiences due to being charged when Azibo never informed them and payments not going through. Azibo also have no way to continue to add the cost of late fee when each day the late fee goes up. I am hoping with my honest constructive feedback that this product will improve. I will not give up yet.

GBThe overall aspects of this website is… The overall aspects of this website is great, they have recently done an update that made one portion more difficult. And you're welcome to reach out to me for more information on that particular piece. The only way that I can see other than fixing the previous mentioned that this could be any better is if it was an actual app. Not a website or in addition to a website. As a landlord this has been absolutely fantastic very convenient for me as a landlord and for my tenants.
