They always picked up their phone when i called, or got back to me right away if i left a message. My account manager was Ryan and he was so professional, courteous, and patient with me. I also got the pleasure of interacting with Steve and Joanna. Everyone from the team was great to deal with. They even respond to emails at 11pm at night! These folks deserve 10 stars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be considering doing something with their mortgage or looking for funding for their business. Great organization to work with I went with them to get ERC for my business. What I liked is that they took time to explain things no matter how many questions I had, they never overpromised, but did what they said they’d do. I was handled by several reps who all were on same page and had each other’s backs + it just speaks to how great they are as an organization.

ERC Review for Ocean Park Financial Our company recently used Ocean Park Financial to help us fill out and complete the ERC grant paperwork. We had considered doing this in the past and almost got hooked up with another company to file our paperwork only to learn this company was probably trying to scam us so when when we were approached by Ocean Park Financial, we were at first very hesitant to jump on board. Boy are we glad we did and we used them! They said we qualified for WAY more than we ever anticipated, into the multiple $100K's. Their staff, particularly Leigh Comer, helped us every step of the way. We did run into a few hiccups along the way, but they were all minor and were corrected in a timely manner.
