GBAspiration Mobile check Deposit Process I wish aspirations app had more detailed info on the check deposit status page in the app. Because it’s missing the availability date and all that useful details we would like to see.

GBGreat bank to bank with I had to dispute a transaction and I reached out and get Aspiration to help. They took care of it in a timely manner and is always ready to help. I have been a customer more since 2019 and that was my only issue and I know my money is safe and they take pride in everything they do

GBWorst bank ever. This bank used to be awesome but has since gone seriously downhill the past few years. The customer service reps used to be English speakers, but now are impossible to understand. It takes them half a month to send a new debit card if it’s lost. Today I even had a representative turn off my debit card after I specifically said not to do that bc I’m a single mom and my child needed to get food. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a representative.
