GBWorst bank ever. This bank used to be awesome but has since gone seriously downhill the past few years. The customer service reps used to be English speakers, but now are impossible to understand. It takes them half a month to send a new debit card if it’s lost. Today I even had a representative turn off my debit card after I specifically said not to do that bc I’m a single mom and my child needed to get food. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a representative.

GBUNACCEPTABLE Customer "Service" Absolutely unacceptable quality of customer service. I've been repeatedly calling and monitoring my emails for the mysterious "email regarding this matter containing the instructions to unlock my account" for weeks now. I don't why I chose to use Aspiration as my main banking institution but PLEASE BEWARE before you wind up like so many other people. Completely screwed by being locked out of your own account. The Philippines based called center "support" is nothing short of the bare minimum of care. Like WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO DO TO GET ACCESS TO MY FUNDS?! STOP TELLING ME TO RESPOND TO AN EMAIL THAT SIMPLY - DOES. NOT. EXIST. MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE CANNOT PURCHASE FOOD!

GBGreat bank to bank with I had to dispute a transaction and I reached out and get Aspiration to help. They took care of it in a timely manner and is always ready to help. I have been a customer more since 2019 and that was my only issue and I know my money is safe and they take pride in everything they do
