GBCustomer service 10/10, usability 3/10 My customer service rep was fantastic. However, being made aware that Aspiration is incompatible with GoFundMe was unthinkable. After two years with this bank, I will be getting a card at a different one that allows me to donate to those in need. I've had to resort to venmoing friends who can donate for me. It's absurd.

GBCalling Aspiration customer service is… Calling Aspiration customer service is always a pleasant experience Prompts are clear & you have access to a live person in minutes which respects your time with efficiency. There's never any saccharine coated small talk always down to business & clear prompt explanations .As former customer service manager I am always impressed & grateful for Aspiration's staff.

GBFransisco was awesome and fast Fransisco was awesome and fast. I am constantly getting double charges through various companies, sometimes it's technical and sometimes it's malicious, having a representative at your bank personally look out for you means a lot. It builds trust which is a big factor for me to stay with a bank. Thanks again.

GBAspiration Mobile check Deposit Process I wish aspirations app had more detailed info on the check deposit status page in the app. Because it’s missing the availability date and all that useful details we would like to see.
