There's never any saccharine coated small talk always down to business & clear prompt explanations .As former customer service manager I am always impressed & grateful for Aspiration's staff.

GBWorst bank ever. This bank used to be awesome but has since gone seriously downhill the past few years. The customer service reps used to be English speakers, but now are impossible to understand. It takes them half a month to send a new debit card if it’s lost. Today I even had a representative turn off my debit card after I specifically said not to do that bc I’m a single mom and my child needed to get food. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a representative.
