Customer service 10/10, usability 3/10 My customer service rep was fantastic. However, being made aware that Aspiration is incompatible with GoFundMe was unthinkable. After two years with this bank, I will be getting a card at a different one that allows me to donate to those in need. I've had to resort to venmoing friends who can donate for me. It's absurd.

An all around amazing and awesome online bank ! I love banking with Asdpiration ! I love using my Aspiration account ! Each and every time i have any questions, need any help/support with anything at all whatsoever, the customer service agents are pretty quick to respond to my inquiry and are always very helpful and extremely friendly and helpful. I have always had a very positive excperience any and every single time i have ever needed any assistance. Although I actually do have a couple different online bank accounts, my Aspiration account is honestly the one and only account I really use. I love the fact that every purchase and/or every time I swipe my card, it gives back to the environment by planting trees.
