GBWorst bank ever. This bank used to be awesome but has since gone seriously downhill the past few years. The customer service reps used to be English speakers, but now are impossible to understand. It takes them half a month to send a new debit card if it’s lost. Today I even had a representative turn off my debit card after I specifically said not to do that bc I’m a single mom and my child needed to get food. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a representative.

I believe it is actually a credit union rather than a conventional bank. Why wouldn't you keep your money with them? Also, please give Rocky from the Philippines a raise.

GBFransisco was awesome and fast Fransisco was awesome and fast. I am constantly getting double charges through various companies, sometimes it's technical and sometimes it's malicious, having a representative at your bank personally look out for you means a lot. It builds trust which is a big factor for me to stay with a bank. Thanks again.
