Very friendly staff and reliable customer service! I had family emergency and had to get emergency fund somehow. Since I have borrowed from Cashcall previously, I had trust in them. They still had great customer service and have helped me get through the financial crisis that I was in. If you know you can pay back within few weeks, but short on cash, I highly recommend them :)

Customer service For a short term loan cash call is great. I got a loan 2 years ago and paid it off in 4 months. (NO PRE-PAYMENT PENALTY)!! Yesterday I found myself in need for some immediate money so I called cash call again. I couldn't believe that they still had all my information on file so it literally took just 5 minutes to qualify!! Kuah was really helpful and remembered me. Again I would suggest for a SHORT TERM LOAN that you use CASH CALL!!!
