Bad - Unreasonable and rude conduct I have used this company in the past, this time is by far the worst experience, when we call...these employees are rude, disrespectful, hard to get a hold of once you start communication, calls do not get returned in the timely matter, they speak to you in a condescending way. Just horrible

And trust me, I am a real customer - I put the application in after being declined by another company and I didn't think anything of it, but the process with Cash Call was quick, I had my money wired into my account before 12pm! I tried calling Daniel Chau's direct line and the 800 on your advertisement. I believe the calls to the 800 number are routed to Daniel Chau's line. He never returned my call after I left him a message multiple times.
