I tried calling Daniel Chau's direct line and the 800 on your advertisement. I believe the calls to the 800 number are routed to Daniel Chau's line. He never returned my call after I left him a message multiple times.

Bad - Unreasonable and rude conduct I have used this company in the past, this time is by far the worst experience, when we call...these employees are rude, disrespectful, hard to get a hold of once you start communication, calls do not get returned in the timely matter, they speak to you in a condescending way. Just horrible

Very friendly staff and reliable customer service! I had family emergency and had to get emergency fund somehow. Since I have borrowed from Cashcall previously, I had trust in them. They still had great customer service and have helped me get through the financial crisis that I was in. If you know you can pay back within few weeks, but short on cash, I highly recommend them :)
