GBIncredibly enjoyable through the finish line! Brian followed up with us to the detail the whole way through our new build timeline (9months!), proactively gave us heads up info, answered all of our questions and concerns, and worked with us through the finish line - not to mention very quick funding, said the Title Company - while making our experience totally enjoyable and personable! We cannot say this about other lenders we’ve worked with!! :)

GBCardinal saved the day Grant is the best. We had a bad experience with our original lender and switched to Grant/Cardinal last minute on a recommendation, luckily for us. We were first time home buyers in a really tough spot time-wise, and him and his team are the reason we didn’t lose our home due to delays. He made time for us immediately, his communication was on point, he put in a lot of extra effort to make up for our previous lender’s lost time, and we feel like he put us in the best position possible as new borrowers. Couldn’t be happier with him and his team, would absolutely recommend and use him in the future.

GBAsk for Cinthia! Cinthia is very prompt, friendly, and helpful! Great experience! I felt sometimes, like I was bothering her, and she assured me everytime that she is here to help. Definitely appreciate that, with being a nervous, unknowing, first time home buyer! She made a nice, smooth transition for me.

GBSteve makes every step of the process… Steve makes every step of the process manageable. He communicates with his clients through each step and he is quickly available to answer any questions you might have. He values his clients like family and works hard to make home loans/refinancing possible. I would recommend him to help anyone who is looking to purchase a home or to refinance their existing home.

GBDon't use Bill Leear Loan Office. What do you means what went wrong this time? I'm a Realtor and would like to share a horrible experience I had with Bill Leear Loan Officer with Cardinal. I gave him two loans, one for a refi and the other was a Sales and Purchase. He was unsuccessful and ignore pertinent information regarding my client before starting the loan process. Which should have been check prior to the loan. This tells me in my twenty years of doing Real Estate he is not experinced or he really didn't want my client to have the loan. In addition, my client spend a lot of unnecssary funds. So I want to end with, I hope no one will experinced this, just down right ridiculous.
