Cardinal Financial Great Service Cardinal Financial and specifically Charlie and Matt went above and beyond to make themselves available for any questions we had, day or night. They did an amazing job competitively and got us a great mortgage suited to our needs. They even showed up to the closing, in person, with Champagne! Definitely a white glove experience compared to big bank lenders we have used in the past. We would recommend them highly to any friends and family.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, as we have learned the hard way… closing date after closing date after closing date…. As lock rate fees climb climb climb. Poor communication…. At its worse. We were told our appraisal fee was refundable, yet now we have made NUMEROUS attempts by phone and email with NO REPLY! Poor poor service and total lack of communication. Beware this lender!
