Cardinal saved the day Grant is the best. We had a bad experience with our original lender and switched to Grant/Cardinal last minute on a recommendation, luckily for us. We were first time home buyers in a really tough spot time-wise, and him and his team are the reason we didn’t lose our home due to delays. He made time for us immediately, his communication was on point, he put in a lot of extra effort to make up for our previous lender’s lost time, and we feel like he put us in the best position possible as new borrowers. Couldn’t be happier with him and his team, would absolutely recommend and use him in the future.

Poor communication…. At its worse. We were told our appraisal fee was refundable, yet now we have made NUMEROUS attempts by phone and email with NO REPLY! Poor poor service and total lack of communication. Beware this lender!
